Through a buffer sleeve, a buffer spring and a connecting rod, firstly, a rubber roller at the top of the device body is moved up and down, so that the connecting rod pushes a movable block to drive the buffer spring to move up and down along the inner wall of the buffer sleeve, and then the buffer spring has an elastic force recovery performance; and meanwhile, the overall height of the rubber rolling wheels, the connecting rods and the equipment body can be changed to ensure that the equipment can adapt to the size of the pipeline, the equipment can be used for dredging operation of pipelines of different specifications, and therefore the application range of the equipment is widened.
