High-throwing self-compacting vibration-free construction method for inclined concrete filled steel tubular column with spherical steel structure
The invention discloses a high-throwing self-compacting vibration-free construction method for a spherical steel structure inclined concrete filled steel tubular column. The method comprises the following steps: installing an inclined steel tube; vent holes are formed in the periphery of the blanking hole, and vent holes are formed in the outer side of the steel pipe where the included angle between the non-horizontal inner partition plate and the horizontal plane is an acute angle; pouring is started from a pouring opening in the top of the inclined steel pipe, and a layer of cement mortar with the thickness being 100-200 mm and the same as the adopted concrete in strength grade is poured; high-casting pouring is conducted on the steel pipe from the pouring opening in the mode that a tower crane hoists a concrete hopper, if no steel pipe needs to be welded on the inclined steel pipe, pouring is conducted to the top end of the steel pipe, otherwise, pouring is conducted to the position a certain distance away from the top end of the steel pipe, and top laitance is removed to seal the top end of the steel pipe; opening the seal at the top end of the steel pipe, welding the next section of steel pipe, and repeating the steps until construction of the whole steel pipe concrete column is completed. According to the method, the high-throwing self-compacting means is utilized, vibration is not needed, the compacting effect is good, and the construction method is simple.
本发明公开了球体钢结构倾斜钢管混凝土柱高抛自密实免振捣施工方法,步骤:安装倾斜钢管;在钢管内的隔板上开下料孔且下料孔四周开排气孔,同时在非水平内隔板与水平面夹角为锐角的钢管外侧开排气孔;从倾斜钢管顶部的浇筑口开启浇筑,浇筑一层100~200mm厚与所采用混凝土强度等级相同的水泥砂浆;采用塔吊吊装混凝土料斗的方式自浇筑口对钢管进行高抛浇筑,如倾斜钢管上无需再焊接钢管则浇筑至钢管顶端,否则浇筑至距离钢管顶端一定距离处,清除顶部浮浆封闭钢管顶端;打开钢管顶端的密封,焊接下一段钢管,重复上述步骤直至完成整根钢管混凝土柱的施工。本发明的方法,利用高抛自密实的手段无需振捣,密实效果好且施工方法较为简单。
