The invention further discloses a construction method of the prestress tensioning equipment of the double-fish-belly type inhaul cable curtain wall. The device is used in cooperation to rapidly adjust the distance between the adjusting cable head and the fixed cable head, multiple times of tensioning are not needed, the inhaul cable pull rod is rapidly adjusted to be prestressed tensioning, and operation is easy.
