The device comprises a first guide groove, a second guide groove and a third guide groove which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top, the first guide groove comprises a first back plate and first side plates arranged on the two sides of the first back plate, and the second guide groove comprises a second back plate and second side plates arranged on the two sides of the second back plate; the third guide groove comprises a third back plate and third side plates arranged on the two sides of the third back plate. The bottom, close to one side of the second back plate, of the second guide groove is connected with the first guide groove through a first rotating shaft, and the top, close to one side of the second back plate, of the second guide groove is connected with the third guide groove through a second rotating shaft; an oil cylinder is arranged between the first guide groove and the second guide groove, and a pull arm is arranged between the first guide groove and the third guide groove. Compared with the prior art, the problem that the snow removal efficiency is affected due to the fact that the projection direction and angle of a guide groove used for throwing snow on an existing snow sweeper cannot be adjusted can be solved.
