The invention discloses a siphon emergency flood drainage intelligent response system and method, the system comprises an upper computer and an emergency flood drainage unit, the emergency flood drainage unit comprises: an acquisition module for acquiring water level monitoring data of a monitored water area and valve opening monitoring data of a siphon flood drainage pipeline, and outputting the data to the upper computer; the flood judging and early warning module is used for judging the level of flood early warning according to the collected water level monitoring data, and the level comprises yellow early warning and red early warning; the emergency processing module calls a corresponding siphon drainage scheme according to the level of the flood early warning; the work instruction management module is used for sending a work instruction generated according to the emergency drainage scheme to the siphon equipment response module; and the siphon equipment response module is used for adjusting the technological parameters of the siphon equipment according to the working instruction to realize siphon emergency drainage. According to the method, different emergency schemes are started by judging the water level grade of the disaster situation, timely and reasonable flood discharge is achieved, safe flood control is guaranteed, and disaster accidents of dam collapse are prevented.
