The invention discloses a construction method for treating a bridgehead soft foundation through gravel compaction piles. The construction method comprises the steps that after a designated site is cleaned and leveled, a gravel hardcore is laid; after the gravel hardcore is laid, pile position lofting is conducted; a vibration pile forming machine is adjusted to be in place, and then the vibration pile forming machine is debugged; the vibration pile forming machine is used for vibrating and sinking the pile pipe into a soil layer at the same time to reach a preset position; after the preset position of the pile pipe reaches, vibration of the vibration pile forming machine is stopped, and gravel is immediately loaded into the pile pipe till the pile pipe is full; after the pile pipe is filled with the gravels, the pile pipe is vibrated, and then the pile pipe is pulled; after the pile pipe is pulled out by half of the length, the pile pipe is filled with the gravel again through the charging hopper; continuously pulling while vibrating until the pile pipe is completely pulled out of the ground, and forming a pile body; and the pile frame is moved to another pile position, and the operation is repeated. The roadbed constructed through the steps is longer in service life, bridge-head bumping is reduced, and the service level of a road is improved.
本发明公开了一种利用碎石挤密桩处理桥头软基的施工方法,通过清理、平整指定的场地后铺设碎石垫层;待所述碎石垫层铺设完成后进行桩位放样;调动振动成桩机就位,之后调试所述振动成桩机;利用所述振动成桩机将桩管边振动边沉入土层,到达预设位置;待所述桩管预设位置达到后,停止所述振动成桩机振动,立即向所述桩管内装入碎石,直至装满为止;待碎石装满后,对所述桩管进行振动,之后拔动所述桩管;待所述桩管拔出二分之一长度,利用装料斗再次向所述桩管中装满碎石;继续边拔边振,直至所述桩管完全拔出地面,桩体成型;移动桩架至另一个桩位,重复以上作业。通过上述步骤建造的路基使用寿命更长,减少桥头跳车,提高道路的服务水平。
