Fluctuation of water supply pressure is adjusted and compensated through compression and expansion functions of high-pressure gas, frequent starting of a pressurizing unit is reduced, and the effects of saving energy, reducing consumption and prolonging the service life of a water pump are achieved. Meanwhile, various factors such as easiness in aging, extremely easiness in damage, mass accumulation and reproduction of surface bacteria, easiness in dirt accumulation and the like of a rubber material in operation can be thoroughly solved, and the life and water safety of people is guaranteed.
