The invention discloses a building water supply and drainage pipeline cleaning device which comprises a fixed shell, one end of the fixed shell is fixedly connected with a power motor, the other end of the fixed shell is fixedly connected with a first sliding sleeve, and a power rod is sleeved with the first sliding sleeve and can slide in the axis direction of the first sliding sleeve. One end of the power rod penetrates into the fixed shell, and the power rod is connected with the power motor through a transmission mechanism; a swing mechanism is arranged in the fixed shell and connected with the power rod. The end, away from the fixed shell, of the power rod is provided with an adjusting mechanism and connected with the sweeping mechanism through the adjusting mechanism. The cleaning device can be suitable for cleaning pipelines with different diameters, meanwhile, the cleaning device can continuously reciprocate in the axis direction of the power rod during cleaning, the cleaning mechanism can conduct reciprocating scraping and sweeping operation on the inner wall of the drainage pipeline, and the cleaning effect of the cleaning device on the drainage pipeline is further improved.
