The invention discloses a cast-in-place concrete wall non-dismantling formwork supporting integrated structure and a construction method. The structure comprises a left supporting frame, a right supporting frame, a left non-dismantling formwork and a right non-dismantling formwork. The supporting frames are located on the two sides of the cast-in-place concrete wall, the left/right non-dismantling formwork is located on the outer sides of the left/right supporting frames, and the left supporting frame, the left non-dismantling formwork, the cast-in-place concrete wall, the right non-dismantling formwork and the right supporting frame are fixedly connected through split bolts. Hoisting pieces are arranged at the top ends of the left/right supporting frames; a support adjusting component is arranged between the left/right side support frame and the floor slab; supporting fasteners are arranged between the left/right side supporting frame and the left/right side non-dismantling formwork. And template fasteners are arranged between the left/right non-dismantling templates and the cast-in-place concrete wall body. The method comprises the steps that the supporting frame and the non-dismantling formwork are connected to form a combined body, and the combined body is hoisted to a cast-in-place concrete wall construction area; a formwork fastener is installed on the non-dismantling formwork; adjusting the position of the assembly; split bolts are installed; concrete is poured until a wall body is formed; and dismantling the supporting frame.
