Synchronous sliding method for steel structure roof jig frame
The invention discloses a steel structure roof jig frame synchronous sliding method. The method comprises the following steps that jig frame sliding rails are installed; a plurality of calibration base lines are divided on the multiple sliding rails at equal intervals, and the calibration base lines on the different sliding rails correspond to one another; widening frames are welded to the two sides of the jig frame in the width direction respectively, and walking devices are installed at the bottoms of the widening frames; commissioning the walking device; the distance between the adjacent calibration base lines serves as a single-section sliding operation cycle, the walking devices are started to achieve sliding of the steel structure roof jig frame, and after the sliding operation cycle is completed, the deviation between the theoretical displacement and the actual displacement of the walking devices on the two sides is checked; and according to the control scheme of the deviation adjusting walking device, entering the next single-section sliding operation cycle, and so on until the sliding of the steel structure roof jig frame is completed. The synchronous sliding method for the steel structure roof jig frame is good in overall sliding synchronism and operation stability, easy to operate, high in sliding speed and low in cost and has great application prospects.
本发明公开了一种钢结构屋面胎架同步滑移方法,步骤如下:安装胎架滑移轨道;在多条滑移轨道上分别等距划分多条校准基线,不同滑移轨道上的校准基线相互对应;在胎架宽度方向的两侧分别焊接加宽架,并在加宽架的底部安装行走装置;试运行行走装置;以相邻校准基线的间距为一单段滑移运行周期,开启行走装置实现钢结构屋面胎架的滑移,完成该滑移运行周期后检查两侧行走装置理论位移与实际位移的偏差;根据偏差调整行走装置的控制方案,进入下一个单段滑移运行周期,以此类推直至完成钢结构屋面胎架的滑移。本发明的钢结构屋面胎架同步滑移方法,整体滑移同步性及运行稳定性好,操作较为简单,滑移速度快,成本低廉,极具应用前景。
