Reinforced alkalization-resistant tuff concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a preparation method of enhanced alkalization-resistant tuff concrete, which comprises the following steps: 1) taking cement, tuff powder, fly ash, mineral powder, limestone powder, sand, stone and water as main raw materials, uniformly mixing the weighed raw materials, standing, and removing the mold to obtain a concrete blank; 2) carrying out drying and primary carbonization autoclaved curing on the obtained concrete blank; then carrying out standard curing; and (3) drying the concrete test piece obtained in the step (2), and carrying out secondary carbonization autoclaved curing, so as to obtain the enhanced alkalization-resistant tuff concrete. On the basis of effectively reducing the problem of saltpetering of the appearance of the concrete, the strength of the obtained concrete can be synchronously improved, and the durability is improved; meanwhile, industrial CO2 waste gas can be fully utilized, and the purposes of energy conservation and emission reduction are achieved; the method has important economic and environmental benefits.
本发明公开了一种增强抗碱化凝灰岩混凝土的制备方法,包括如下步骤:1)以水泥、凝灰岩粉、粉煤灰、矿粉、石灰石粉、砂、石和水为主要原料,将称取的原料拌合均匀,静置、拆模,得混凝土坯体;2)将所得混凝土坯体进行干燥、一次碳化蒸压养护;然后进行标准养护;3)将经步骤2)所得混凝土试件进行干燥、二次碳化蒸压养护,即得所述增强抗碱化凝灰岩混凝土。本发明在有效降低混凝土的外观泛碱问题的基础上,可同步提升所得混凝土的强度、提高耐久性能;同时可充分利用工业CO2废气,达到节能减排的目的;具有重要的经济和环境效益。
