Snow can be prevented from entering a turnout gap through the compressibility of the sponge in the non-closely-attached area. The closely attached area drives a fixed chain and a chain wheel through the tension of a spring in the snow protection device or the thrust of a switch rail, then the cover plate covers the upper end of a turnout gap through the connecting rod, snow is prevented from entering the turnout gap, and it is guaranteed that the turnout is in a normal use state all the time.
铁路道岔因其缝隙在冬季容易受到下雪影响,导致不能正常使用。目前除雪的方式主要依靠人力使用风力设备等将道岔中积雪进行清理,耗时、耗油、耗人力,还存在清理不及时的情况,且有人身安全风险,历年来已发生多起因清雪造成的人身伤亡事故。本发明称为铁路道岔防雪设备,主要解决冬季下雪对铁路道岔造成的影响。本发明共涉及防雪装置和海绵两部分,分别布置在道岔密贴和非密贴两个区域。非密贴区域通过海绵自身的可压缩性,可以防止雪进入道岔缝隙。密贴区域通过防雪装置中弹簧的拉力或尖轨的推力带动固定链条和链轮,再通过连结杆将盖板履盖到道岔缝隙上端,防止雪进入其中,确保道岔始终处于正常使用状态。
