The invention discloses a novel magnetic control semi-active friction type self-resetting seismic isolation support. A traditional rubber shock insulation support has the problems that the vertical pressure resistance is high and the tensile strength is weak, and the shock insulation effect is affected. The lower end of the upper connecting body is connected with a high-strength pressure-bearing cavity; the high-strength pressure-bearing cavity is connected with the friction block in a penetrating mode to form a hollow cavity, and a magnet exciting coil connected with an external voltage control device is arranged in the cavity. The friction block is in sliding connection with the lower connector; the lower connector is connected with an anti-overturning steel frame, and the high-strength pressure-bearing cavity and the friction block are arranged in the anti-overturning steel frame; a plurality of SMA wires which apply the same pretension strain in advance are arranged between the upper connector and the lower connector. The magnitude of the magnetic field is changed by controlling the voltage, so that the positive pressure between the friction block and the contact surface is changed, the friction force is changed, the friction force is adaptive to earthquake force, and the purpose of consuming earthquake energy is achieved.
本发明公开了一种新型磁控半主动摩擦型自复位隔震支座。传统橡胶隔震支座存在竖向抗压强而抗拉很弱的问题,影响隔震效果。本发明包括上部连接体,其下端与高强承压腔连接;高强承压腔与摩擦块通过相贯方式连接,组成内部中空的腔体,腔体内部有与外部电压控制装置连接的励磁线圈;摩擦块与下部连接体滑动连接;下部连接体上连接有抗倾覆钢架,高强承压腔和摩擦块设置于抗倾覆钢架内部;上部连接体与下部连接体之间设置有多根预先施加相同预拉应变的SMA丝。本发明通过控制电压改变磁场大小,以此来改变摩擦块与接触面间的正压力,从而改变摩擦力,使其自适应于地震力,达到消耗地震能量的目的。
