The invention discloses an alignment leveling method for erecting construction of a precast beam, which comprises the following steps of: (1) according to a preset falling position of the precast beam, marking a 30cm elevation line of a beam bottom, a support center cross curve and a beam end line on a beam padding stone; (3) hoisting the precast beam for counterpoint installation, and enabling the precast beam to fall on the jack; (4) checking the beam surface of the precast beam, and adjusting the height of the beam surface through the jack; and (5) grouting materials are poured into the preformed holes of the beam padding stone and gaps between the precast beams and the beam padding stone, and after the grouting materials reach the required strength, the jacks are dismantled, and construction is completed. According to the method, the jack is arranged on the pier cap of the bridge pier, the height of the hoisted precast beam is adjusted through lifting of the piston rod of the jack, the adjusting mode is convenient, flexible, rapid and safe, beam disassembly and secondary alignment leveling are not needed, and the installation efficiency of the precast beam can be greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种用于预制梁架设施工的对位调平方法,包括①按照预制梁的预定下落位置,在垫梁石上记出梁底30cm标高线、支座中心十字线和梁端线②在墩帽顶部安装千斤顶,并调整千斤顶使其顶面位于同一高度③吊装预制梁进行对位安装,使预制梁落至千斤顶上④对预制梁的梁面进行校核,并通过千斤顶进行梁面高度调整,确保其与已架设段梁面保持平齐⑤向垫梁石的预留孔及预制梁和垫梁石的间隙浇筑灌浆料,待灌浆料达到要求强度后,拆除千斤顶,完成施工。本发明通过在桥墩墩帽上设置千斤顶的方式,利用千斤顶的活塞杆升降对吊装预制梁进行高度调整,其调整方式方便灵活、快捷安全,无需进行拆梁和二次对位调平,能够大幅提高预制梁的安装效率。
