The invention discloses a heat energy recovery type cleaning basin which comprises a mounting panel, a basin body is embedded in the upper end of the mounting panel, a water outlet is formed in the inner bottom of the basin body, a box body is mounted at the lower end of the basin body, a coiled pipe is arranged in the box body, the liquid inlet end of the coiled pipe is communicated with the lower end of the water outlet, and the box body is filled with water. A mounting cavity is formed in the mounting panel, a water heater is mounted in the mounting cavity, and a transverse pipe is arranged in the water heater. According to the device, heat in hot sewage is transferred into stored water through a coiled pipe, so that the heat in the sewage is absorbed, the absorbed heat is used for heating gas and then discharging the gas into a water heater for heating, heat energy is recycled, meanwhile, the stored water is atomized to be in better contact with the coiled pipe, and the heat energy is recycled. Therefore, the absorption effect on the heat in the sewage is improved, and the gas continuously circulates to pass through the stored water, so that the heat in the stored water can be better guided into the water heater.
