Beam steel bars are installed on the sleeves, steel beam brackets are welded to the outer wall of the second section steel column body at equal intervals, reinforcing beams are welded between the bottoms of the steel beam brackets and the outer wall of the second section steel column body, and the sleeves are arranged in the middles of the tops and the bottoms of the steel beam brackets.
