Semi-fabricated construction method for concrete structure
The invention provides a concrete structure semi-fabricated construction method which comprises the following steps: prefabricating a frame beam and a frame column by adopting a segmented prefabrication construction mode to obtain a prefabricated section beam and a prefabricated section column; the embedded steel bars on the two adjacent prefabricated section beams are connected through threaded sleeves, concrete pouring is conducted on butt joint sections between the prefabricated section beams to form beam connection pouring sections, the embedded steel bars of the two adjacent prefabricated section columns are connected through threaded sleeves, and the beam connection pouring sections are formed; and concrete pouring is conducted on the butt joint sections between the prefabricated section columns, and the column connection pouring sections are formed. The beam of the concrete structure is manufactured by adopting a prefabrication method and is assembled on site; when the prefabricated section beams and the prefabricated section columns are assembled on site, pre-embedded steel bars are connected through a straight thread sleeve connection method, cast-in-place concrete pouring is adopted for the steel bar connection portions of the prefabricated section beams and the prefabricated section columns which are assembled on site, and connection between the beams and connection between the columns are achieved.
本发明提供了一种混凝土结构半装配式施工方法,该施工方法包括:采用分段预制的施工方式对框架梁和框架柱进行预制加工,得到预制段梁和预制段柱;将相邻两段所述预制段梁上的预埋钢筋之间采用螺纹套筒连接,并对所述预制段梁之间的对接段进行混凝土的浇筑,形成梁连接浇段,将相邻两段所述预制段柱的预埋钢筋采用螺纹套筒连接,并对所述预制段柱之间的对接段进行混凝土的浇筑,形成柱连接浇段。本发明混凝土结构的梁采用预制的方法制作,现场组装;预制段梁和预制段柱现场组装时,预埋钢筋连接采用直螺纹套筒连接方法,预制段梁和预制段柱现场组装钢筋连接部位,采用现浇砼灌注,实现梁与梁、柱与柱之间的连接。
