The invention provides an integrally prefabricated coupled superposed shear wall and a manufacturing method thereof.The manufacturing method comprises the steps that transverse stressed steel bars of a coupling beam and steel bar trusses arranged within the length range of the coupling beam are bound to form a steel bar framework, and every two adjacent steel bar trusses in the coupling beam are arranged in a forward and reverse staggered mode; binding and assembling an integral shear wall column reinforcement cage; longitudinally and transversely distributed steel bars of the laminated shear wall are bound to form stressed steel bar meshes of the inner and outer prefabricated wall panels, and the stressed steel bar meshes of the inner and outer prefabricated wall panels are connected through steel bar trusses to form a laminated shear wall steel bar framework; effectively connecting the superimposed coupling beam steel reinforcement framework and the superimposed shear wall steel reinforcement framework to form an integral steel reinforcement framework; and after the whole steel reinforcement framework is bound, the steel reinforcement framework is placed on a concrete pouring mold table, concrete is poured to form an inner and outer leaf laminated wallboard, maintenance is conducted, and the whole prefabricated coupled laminated shear wall is obtained after maintenance is completed. The manufacturing process is simple, the stress performance of the manufactured shear wall is good, and stirrups do not need to be arranged.
本发明提供一种整体预制联肢叠合剪力墙及其制作方法,包括:将连梁横向受力钢筋与连梁长度范围内设置的钢筋桁架绑扎形成钢筋骨架,其中,连梁内两两相邻的钢筋桁架正反向交错布置;绑扎装配整体式剪力墙墙肢钢筋骨架;绑扎叠合剪力墙纵向、横向分布钢筋形成内外叶预制墙板的受力钢筋网片,并采用钢筋桁架连接内外叶预制墙板受力钢筋网片形成叠合剪力墙钢筋骨架;将叠合连梁钢筋骨架与叠合剪力墙钢筋骨架进行有效连接形成整体钢筋骨架;待整体钢筋骨架绑扎完成后将钢筋骨架放置于混凝土浇筑模台上浇筑混凝土形成内外叶叠合墙板并进行养护,养护完成即得整体预制联肢叠合剪力墙。本发明制作工艺简单、制备的剪力墙受力性能良好且无需设置箍筋。
