The invention belongs to the technical field of steel doors, and particularly relates to a heat-preservation steel door which comprises an edge-covered door frame, a bottom frame is fixedly mounted at the bottom of the edge-covered door frame, a galvanized steel door base body is rotatably mounted in the edge-covered door frame through hinges, and a buffer door closer is fixedly mounted on one side of the top end of the galvanized steel door base body. A door lock is fixedly installed on the surface of the galvanized steel door base body. The gas in the heat collection cavity is heated and expanded to push the piston to move towards the right side, the polyphenyl pipe layer is made to make contact with and be attached to the correction tooth groove, and the polyphenyl pipe layer has the low thermal resistance value so that heat transfer can be reduced; and meanwhile, a plurality of notches are formed in the inner walls of the guide tooth grooves and are matched with the polyphenyl pipe layer to form a sealed cavity, so that the use effect of heat insulation and heat preservation is further achieved. By means of the mode, the problems that according to an existing steel door, heat on one side is easily transferred to the low-temperature side area through a steel material; and heat can be continuously lost to the outside through the steel door main body.
本发明属于钢质门技术领域,尤其为一种具有保温的钢质门,包括包边门框,所述包边门框的底部固定安装有底框,包边门框的内部通过铰链转动安装有镀锌钢门基体,镀锌钢门基体顶端的一侧固定安装有缓冲闭门器,镀锌钢门基体的表面固定安装有门锁。集热腔内部气体受热膨胀推动活塞向右侧方向移动,并使得聚苯管层与导正齿槽想接触贴合,聚苯管层具有较低的热阻值能够减小热量的传递,同时导正齿槽内壁开设有若干个槽口与聚苯管层相配合时形成密封空腔进一步的起到隔热保温的使用作用,通过上述的方式能够有效的解决现有存在的钢质门容易通过钢材质将一侧热量传递到低温一侧区域,导致热量会持续的通过钢质门主体进行流失到外部的问题。
