The invention discloses a method for producing a high-performance autoclaved aerated concrete block from granite stone powder, which comprises the following steps: 1, uniformly stirring granite stone powder and tailing sand, and carrying out ball milling to prepare mortar with the specific gravity of 1.6 kg/L and the fineness of below 15%; 2, respectively adding lime, cement, aluminum powder, a fiber additive and water into the prepared mortar, and stirring for 150s; 3, pouring the uniformly stirred mixture, and controlling the temperature to be 45-50 DEG C; 4, the obtained molded product is subjected to constant-temperature curing at 60 DEG C for 3 hours; 5, demolding the blank which meets the hardness requirement after standing; sixthly, a finished product obtained after demolding is cut according to set requirements; and 7, the cut finished product is subjected to steam curing, it is guaranteed that steam curing is conducted for 12 hours, the pressure is smaller than or equal to 12.5 Mpa, and the temperature is smaller than or equal to 193 DEG C. Performance indexes such as strength and appearance quality of the product can be improved, and the product meeting technical index requirements can be manufactured.
