The synchronous grouting slurry comprises Portland cement, fly ash, fine sand, tap water, bentonite, an expanding agent, magnesium oxide, calcium oxide, a flocculating agent, water glass, a polycarboxylate superplasticizer, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose and calcium formate. The preparation method of the synchronous grouting slurry comprises the following steps: step 1, putting the Portland cement, the fly ash, the fine sand, the bentonite and the tap water into a slurry mixing cylinder, and carrying out primary mechanical mixing and stirring; the preparation method comprises the following steps: step 1, adding an expanding agent, magnesium oxide, calcium oxide, calcium formate and hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose into a slurry stirring barrel for secondary mechanical mixing and stirring, and step 2, after secondary mechanical mixing and stirring, adding a polycarboxylate superplasticizer, water glass and a flocculating agent into the slurry stirring barrel for third mechanical mixing and stirring to prepare the synchronous grouting slurry.
