The anti-erosion magnesium refractory mortar comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70-85 parts of magnesia, 5-15 parts of aluminum-magnesium spinel fine powder, 3-8 parts of aluminum oxide micro powder, 1-5 parts of silicon dioxide micro powder, 3-8 parts of magnesium aluminate gel powder, 2-6 parts of silicon carbide fine powder, 2-6 parts of zirconium oxide fine powder, 1-5 parts of a water reducing agent, 2-3 parts of a plasticizer and 3-5 parts of a preservative. The adhesive has better adhesive property on various refractory bricks for steel ladles; in each temperature stage, good strength and high temperature resistance are achieved, and the corrosion resistance effect on molten steel and steel slag is good; weak links of refractory brick joints are remarkably improved due to small shrinkage, good compactness and better permeation resistance, steel ladle refractory material accidents are reduced, the overall service life of a steel ladle is prolonged, and the safety of the steel ladle is improved.
