According to the walking pushing device with the jacking top arranged externally, split type walking pushing is adopted, vertical pushing is combined with the horizontal sliding box to jointly complete pushing work, the structural height of the device can be greatly reduced due to the fact that the jacking top is arranged externally, and therefore the beam falling height and difficulty in the later period can be reduced easily; the jacking and pushing are completed in two actions, left and right deviation rectification and forward pushing are combined into a whole, and data feedback, monitoring, internal force analysis and the like are integrated through a pushing sensing device in the jacking process, so that the jacking working condition of the steel box girder can be monitored in real time, and the working efficiency of the steel box girder is improved.
