The invention discloses a mobile aquatic water surface suspended matter removing device. The device comprises a buoy main body and a plurality of suction and accumulation devices, the absorption device is flexibly connected with the floating main body; every two adjacent absorption and accumulation devices are flexibly connected. The suction and accumulation device comprises a plurality of small floating balls and a suction and accumulation disc; the small floating ball is arranged at the upper end of the suction disc; the upper end of the suction disc is also provided with a suction disc water inlet; the lower end of the suction disc is provided with a suction disc water outlet; a power supply system, a main water pump, a water spraying pump and a filtering bin are arranged in the floating body. The power supply system is connected with the main water pump and the spray pump. The main water pump communicates with the filtering bin through a main water pumping pipe; the main water pump communicates with the outside of the floating body through a main drainage pipe.
