A hydraulic pile pulling device for a limited space comprises a pontoon and hydraulic lifters arranged on the pontoon, a lifting station is formed on the pontoon, the hydraulic lifters are oppositely arranged on the two sides of the lifting station, and lifting supports connected with each other are arranged at the tops of the two hydraulic lifters; the lifting support is provided with lifting tools which are oppositely arranged, and the lifting tools which are oppositely arranged are arranged on the two sides of the lifting station. A lifting type hoop is connected between the lifting appliances which are oppositely arranged, a sitting type hoop is arranged on the pontoon, the sitting type hoop is located below the lifting type hoop, and the lifting type hoop and the sitting type hoop both correspond to the position of the lifting station; compared with the prior art, through the arrangement of the floating pontoon and the hydraulic lifting jack, the pulling construction of the steel pipe pile can be carried out under the condition that the steel pipe pile cannot enter a large ship due to insufficient clearance or insufficient water depth at the bottom of a newly-built bridge and the like and the conventional hoisting equipment cannot carry out construction.
