The invention relates to the technical field of geotechnical engineering, in particular to a geotechnical engineering side slope stabilizing and reinforcing structure which comprises a reinforcing plate, two first side plates and two second side plates, the two first side plates and the two second side plates are symmetrically arranged on the periphery of the reinforcing plate, and the geotechnical engineering side slope stabilizing and reinforcing structure is characterized by further comprising a mounting part and a fixing part, at least one group of the reinforcing plates are symmetrically arranged on the reinforcing plate; the sliding seat is movably arranged in a second guide groove formed in the mounting part and is elastically connected with the reinforcing plate; the fixing module is arranged on the sliding seat and is used for fixing the reinforcing plate on the side slope; and the locking system is arranged on the reinforcing plate and is used for reinforcing the soil structure of the side slope. Compared with a traditional fixed reinforcing structure, the device can prevent the situation that the hardness value of the side slope is too large or too small, and the quality in later actual application is affected.
