The invention discloses a large-diameter prefabricated pipe pile construction method under complex geology, which comprises the following steps of: S1, performing trial pile sinking, and performing a simulation test on parameter data of the trial pile sinking to obtain a planned construction scheme; s2, the piling position of the prefabricated pipe pile is determined; s3, hole guiding is carried out; s4, the pile is taken out, and the first prefabricated pipe pile welded with the pile tip is vertically sunk into the hole; s5, a second prefabricated pipe pile is taken, and coaxial pile extension is conducted on the second prefabricated pipe pile and the first prefabricated pipe pile; after pile splicing, the pile driver is used for vertically hammering again; the pile sinking process of all the prefabricated pipe piles is completed in sequence; and S6, a static load experiment is conducted within the preset time after pile sinking of all the prefabricated pipe piles is completed, static load experiment data are obtained, and the bearing capacity conditions of the prefabricated pipe piles under all the working conditions of the pile-beam integrated bridge girder erection machine are simulated.
