The spliced open caisson comprises at least two spliced split bodies, each spliced split body is of a prefabricated cylindrical surface or conical surface structure of a reinforced concrete structure, and the spliced open caisson is a cylindrical surface body or a conical surface body formed by fixedly splicing a plurality of spliced split bodies.
