The invention discloses a sound-absorbing and heat-insulating environment-friendly decorative aluminum ceiling which comprises a frame, an elastic piece, a connecting body, a first ceiling and a second ceiling and further comprises a driving assembly and a triggering piece, and the elastic piece, the connecting body, the first ceiling and the second ceiling are arranged in the frame. Sliding grooves are formed in the two opposite sides of the frame, and one sliding groove is provided with a guide groove used for driving the driving assembly. The elastic piece is bent in a reciprocating mode and forms a first cavity and a second cavity capable of containing fire extinguishing dry powder, one end of the elastic piece is rotationally connected with the inner side of the frame, and the opposite side of the elastic piece is rotationally connected with one side of the connecting body. In the process that the connecting body slides along the sliding groove, the fire extinguishing dry powder always falls down from the elastic piece to extinguish fire, the elastic piece coated with the fireproof material is in a wave shape after being stretched, flames can be prevented from continuing to spread upwards, and the wave shape can play a certain role in heat insulation.
