The ceiling is obliquely designed, a first cleaning plate, a second cleaning plate and a third cleaning plate are installed on the ceiling, the sizes of the first cleaning plate, the second cleaning plate and the third cleaning plate are sequentially reduced, round holes are formed in the first cleaning plate, the second cleaning plate and the third cleaning plate, and a pull rope penetrates through the round holes to be connected with a pull box. The pulling box is fixed to the steel structure body through screws, the pulling box is arranged close to the ceiling, and the ceiling is provided with an integrally-formed guide rod. The method is reasonable in design; the first cleaning plate, the second cleaning plate and the third cleaning plate can clean accumulated snow on the ceiling in batches.
