本发明涉及建筑内装饰领域,尤其涉及一种装配式轻钢龙骨隔断墙体。具有纵横设置的垂直龙骨和水平龙骨的龙骨框架,在龙骨框架内填充有填充料,并在龙骨框架上加持固定设置有对提升龙骨框架强度的石膏板,在最外层覆盖有装饰面板层,隔断墙体分双层和单层两种结构,由截面形状呈“工”字型的垂直龙骨和水平龙骨组成的龙骨框架,所述垂直、水平龙骨为由金属薄板冷弯咬合而成的一体管状结构,垂直龙骨和水平龙骨通过挂装插接件实现挂装连接。本发明采用的装配式工艺较传统工艺优势在于:通过装配式轻钢龙骨及系统的配套部件的紧密良好运用,简单快速的组装成具有防火隔音功能的内装式隔墙,全程为无焊接无压铆的无损连接工艺、省工省时,大大提高了安装效率,为建筑装配式(建筑工业化)广泛开展打下坚实的基础。
