The welding seam sealing construction method comprises the following steps that the upper portion of a conical hopper is cut off, then arc-shaped steel plates are sequentially installed and welded to the periphery of the top of the conical hopper, and segmented welding is carried out; a circle of rib plates are welded along the included angle between the top inner side of the conical hopper and the steel foundation base plate; round steel is welded between the top of the conical hopper and the arc-shaped steel plate; anchoring parts are uniformly welded on the inner sides of the arc-shaped steel plates and the rib plates; and the inner side of the arc-shaped steel plate is filled with refractory castable from the position above the round steel to the position below the steel foundation base plate. The invention can solve the problem that the weld joint of the discharge ash hopper of the existing Merz kiln is directly exposed in the finished lime material to cause weld joint cracking.
本发明公开了一种石灰窑出料灰斗焊缝密封施工方法包括以下步骤：割除锥形料斗上部，再依次将弧形钢板安装焊接在锥形料斗的顶部一周，实施分段焊接；沿锥形料斗顶部内侧与钢基础垫板夹角焊接一周筋板；锥形料斗顶部与弧形钢板之间焊接一周圆钢；弧形钢板与筋板的内侧均匀焊接锚固件；弧形钢板内侧于圆钢之上至钢基础垫板之下的位置通过耐火浇注料填充。本发明可以解决现有麦尔兹窑出料灰斗焊缝直接暴露在石灰成品物料中导致焊缝开裂的问题。
