The invention discloses a seawater coral sand cement-based composite material and a preparation method thereof, the seawater coral sand cement-based composite material comprises the following components by mass: 200-400 parts of cement, 600-800 parts of fly ash, 300-330 parts of seawater, 210-350 parts of coral sand, 1.6-2.6 parts of a water reducer, and 15-25 parts of fiber; the preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, adding the coral sand and a certain mass of seawater into a stirrer, stirring for 1-5 minutes, and then standing for at least 10-30 minutes; adding the cement, the fly ash and the water reducing agent into the stirrer, and carrying out dry mixing for 2-5 minutes; then adding seawater and stirring for 3-5 minutes; then adding fibers and stirring for 3-9 minutes; finally, mold filling and demolding are conducted, and then curing is conducted to a specified age. Seawater and coral sand are used as raw materials, local materials can be used during island reef construction, and the cost is low; the preparation method is simple, green and environment-friendly.
