The method comprises the following steps that firstly, when a steel main beam is manufactured, tuyere mounting holes are formed in a stiffening plate on the outer side of an outer web of the steel main beam; 2, when the suspension casting support is machined, a suspension casting support mounting hole is formed; thirdly, a suspended pouring support is installed before the steel main beam is hoisted; fourthly, after the steel girders are positioned, a personnel operation platform and a cast-in-place slab adjusting support are erected; and fifthly, all the jacking heights of the cast-in-place slab adjusting support are adjusted, a bottom formwork is installed, reinforcing steel bars are bound, the steel wedge blocks are fixed, and then concrete is poured. The problem that after the steel main beam is positioned at a high altitude, a support cannot be erected on a cast-in-place slab cantilever part for pouring is solved, and a detachable support composed of a suspended pouring support, a cast-in-place slab adjusting support, a steel wedge block and the like is fixed through tuyere mounting holes in a stiffening plate on the outer side of an outer web of the steel main beam and bolts to serve as a cast-in-place slab cantilever part supporting platform.
