The invention discloses an end-plate-free tooth meshing mechanical connector which comprises an upper end tooth meshing mechanical plug pin and a lower end tooth meshing mechanical connecting sleeve which are fixedly connected, the upper end tooth meshing mechanical plug pin comprises an upper end nut embedded in concrete, and an upper prestressed steel bar is fixedly inserted into the inner top of the upper end nut; the end of the upper prestressed steel bar penetrates through an upper end nut to be inserted into concrete, a sawtooth meshing connecting pin is installed at the lower end of the inner wall of the upper end nut in a threaded mode, and the lower end tooth meshing mechanical connecting sleeve comprises a lower end nut embedded into the concrete. The problems existing in field welding during pile connection are avoided, the construction time is shortened, the cost is reduced, quality fluctuation is controlled, an end plate is omitted, the technology without the end plate is adopted, the pile cost is greatly reduced, and the cost is averagely saved by about 49 yuan/m.
本发明公开了无端板齿啮合机械接头,包括固定连接的上端齿啮合机械插销和下端齿啮合机械连接套,所述上端齿啮合机械插销包括嵌设于混凝土内部的上端螺母,所述上端螺母的内顶部插接固定有上预应力钢棒,所述上预应力钢棒的端部穿过上端螺母插接于混凝土内部,所述上端螺母的内壁下端螺纹安装有锯齿啮合连接销,所述下端齿啮合机械连接套包括嵌设于混凝土内部的下端螺母,本发明取消了焊接工艺,采用机械连接,避免了桩接驳时现场焊接存在在问题,减少了施工时间、降低了成本、控制了质量波动,取消了端板,采用了无端板的工艺,极大降低了桩的成本,节约了成本平均约49元/米。
