Whole bathroom
The invention discloses an integral bathroom and belongs to the technical field of fabricated buildings. The whole bathroom is composed of a base plate, wallboards (an inner wall or an outer wall) and an integrated top cover, all the components are connected through connecting boxes by adopting bolts to be assembled into modules of the whole bathroom, and all functional sanitary fittings and accessories are matched to form independent bathroom units. When the main body structure is designed and constructed, only holes are reserved and supporting beams are designed at the position of the bathroom, and the assembled whole bathroom can be directly hoisted or installed in a split mode. When the connecting box is connected with a main body structure, if the connecting box is a steel frame beam, bolt holes are reserved in a steel beam, and if the connecting box is a concrete beam, bolts are embedded in the concrete beam, and the connecting box in the chassis is connected through the bolts. The whole bathroom base plate can be used as a bathroom floor, the wallboards can be used as maintenance partition walls of a bathroom, other rooms and an external space, and the whole bathroom base plate can be used for all modular structures of the bathroom and can be suitable for construction of assembly type kitchens.
本发明公开了整体卫浴，属于装配式建筑技术领域。整体卫浴由底盘、墙板(内墙或外墙)、集成项盖组成，各部件通过连接盒采用螺栓连接，组装成整体卫浴的模块，配以各功能洁具和配件，形成独立卫浴单元。主体结构设计施工时仅在卫浴间位置预留洞口和设计支承梁，把装配完成的整体卫浴间，直接吊装或分体安装即可完成。其与主体结构连接时，若为钢框架梁，在钢梁上预留螺栓孔洞，若为混凝土梁时，在混凝土梁上预埋螺栓，通过底盘内连接盒采用螺栓连接。整体卫浴底盘即可作为卫浴间楼板使用，墙板作为卫浴间与其它房间和外部空间的维护间隔墙体使用，用于卫浴间的所有模块化结构，均能够适用于装配式厨房的建造。
