Distributed heat dissipation system of engineering machinery
A distributed heat dissipation system of engineering machinery comprises a frame, a cab, a rear hood and a heat dissipation system. The heat dissipation system comprises a hydraulic torque converter heat dissipation unit, a hydraulic oil heat dissipation unit, an intercooler air cooling heat dissipation unit and a water cooling heat dissipation unit. Each of the hydraulic torque converter heat dissipation unit, the hydraulic oil heat dissipation unit, the intercooler air cooling heat dissipation unit and the water cooling heat dissipation unit comprises a box body, a heat dissipation pipe located in the box body and a fan installed on the box body, the two ends of the heat dissipation pipe extend out of the box body to form a medium inlet and a medium outlet respectively, and the fan is arranged on a side plate of the box body; a cavity is formed between the rear hood and the rack, and at least two of the hydraulic torque converter heat dissipation unit, the hydraulic oil heat dissipation unit, the intercooler air cooling heat dissipation unit and the water cooling heat dissipation unit are located in the cavity. Each heat dissipation unit works independently, the working power of each heat dissipation unit is set according to the heat dissipation requirements of different heat dissipation systems, the manufacturing cost is reduced, and meanwhile, the energy consumption of the loader during working is reduced.
