A communicating hole is formed in the piston; a spring is arranged between the upper end of the perforated pipe and the piston, filler is arranged between the lower end of the perforated pipe and the piston, and the filler is particles or strip-shaped objects with the volume expanding along with increase of the water content; the invention further provides a using method of the device. The device is convenient to install and arrange, capable of supplementing water in time during drought, small in daily evaporation capacity, easy to maintain, good in irrigation effect, large in irrigation range, free of extra energy consumption and low in cost.
本发明涉及一种用于海绵城市的雨水调蓄灌溉装置，包括水箱，水箱上部设有进水管，下部设有出水管；出水管上设置有节水开关；节水开关包括下部侧壁上设有多个细小通孔的多孔管，多孔管上下两端封闭，多孔管上端侧壁上设有出水管第一接口和出水管第二接口，出水管第一接口和出水管第二接口分别设于多孔管两侧，多孔管上端内侧设有活塞，活塞上设有连通孔；多孔管上端和活塞之间设有弹簧，多孔管下端和活塞之间设有填充物，填充物为随着含水量增大体积膨胀的颗粒或条状物；本发明还提出了该装置的使用方法，安装设置方便，能够在干旱时及时进行补水，日常蒸发量少，维护简单，灌溉效果佳、范围大，不额外消耗能量，成本低。
