The invention discloses a liquid accelerator for tunnel concrete. The liquid accelerator comprises aluminum sulfate, modified silicon dioxide, magnesium fluosilicate, organic carboxylic acid and an organic hydroxylamine compound. Wherein the content of aluminum sulfate is 44-50%, and the content of magnesium fluosilicate is 2-5%, based on the total weight of the liquid accelerator. In addition, the invention also discloses a preparation method of the liquid accelerator. The carboxylation modified nano silicon dioxide plays a significant role in improving the mechanical property and the rapid hardening effect, and the organic alcohol amine compound has a similar role; and the ethylene-vinyl acetate rubber powder only plays a significant role in improving the rapid hardening effect.
本发明公开了一种隧道混凝土的液体速凝剂,包括硫酸铝、改性二氧化硅、氟硅酸镁、有机羧酸和有机羟胺化合物。其中,硫酸铝的含量为44‑50%,氟硅酸镁的含量为2‑5%,基于液体速凝剂的总重量计算。此外,本发明还公开了前述液体速凝剂的制备方法。羧基化改性的纳米二氧化硅对改善力学性能以及速凝效果均起到显著作用,有机醇胺化合物具有类似作用;而乙烯‑醋酸乙烯胶粉仅对改善速凝效果起到显著作用。
