The invention discloses a first hole beam erection construction method, which comprises the following steps of: hoisting a 2 # section beam, a 3 # section beam and a 0 # section beam by using a 1 # section beam, and longitudinally moving the 0 # section beam to a second preset position of a pier top by using a chain block in cooperation with a crown block; a jack and a temporary cushion block are arranged at the bottom of the beam, the crown block moves the rear end of the 0 # section beam to the jack, and a crown block lifting appliance is removed; gradually pushing the 0 # section beam to the front side to a third preset position by using a jack and a temporary cushion block; a support is installed at the bottom of the 0 # segment beam, fine adjustment is conducted on the 0 # segment beam, and after fine adjustment is completed, an anchoring mechanism is installed for anchoring; hanging other segmental beams; the method comprises the following steps of: performing trial splicing on the segmental beams, performing formal splicing on the segmental beams after the trial splicing is completed, and performing glue splicing, temporary tensioning, prestress tensioning, unloading, grouting and anchor sealing treatment on the adjacent segmental beams in sequence after the formal splicing is completed. The first hole beam erecting construction method can greatly shorten the construction period.
