According to the device, a watering cart support is installed at the bottom of the watering cart, and sprayers and sensors are sequentially installed on the two sides of the watering cart support every 0.3-0.5 m; the spray heads are connected with branch pipes, electromagnetic valves are installed in the middles of the branch pipes, the other ends of the branch pipes are connected with a gathering pipe, the gathering pipe is connected with a water inlet of a booster pump, and a water inlet of the booster pump is connected with a watering cart water storage tank. The booster pump and the electromagnetic valve control current limiter are sequentially connected with the lower row of terminals of the Arduino chip; an output line of the sensor is connected with an upper row of terminals of the Arduino chip; by means of the device, the pedestrians can automatically avoid in the moving process of the watering cart, the avoiding area is only limited to the area where the pedestrians are located, the distance between the pedestrians and the watering cart does not affect the pedestrian passing area, water is sprayed by controlling the spraying distance of the sprayers, and the pedestrian passing area is not affected by the distance between the pedestrians and the watering cart. Water is sprinkled to the maximum area when passing of pedestrians is not affected.
