A first motor and an MCU controller are arranged on one fixing plate, and the driving end of the first motor is fixedly connected with the first reciprocating screw rod; and the sliding block is fixedly connected with a supporting plate, the supporting plate is fixedly connected with a fixing block, the fixing block is rotatably provided with a second reciprocating screw rod which is vertically arranged, and the second reciprocating screw rod is in threaded connection with a mounting plate. Mortar between masonry blocks does not need to be manually smeared and laid, the workload of workers is greatly reduced, the working efficiency is high, and building of the retaining wall is better facilitated.
本发明公开了一种岩土工程用挡土墙智能建造机,包括底板以及设置在所述底板上的支撑座,所述支撑座上固定连接有两个呈对称设置的固定板,两个所述固定板之间转动安装有第一往复丝杆,所述第一往复丝杆上螺纹连接有滑动块,其中一个所述固定板上设置有第一电机以及MCU控制器,所述第一电机驱动端和所述第一往复丝杆固定连接;所述滑动块上固定连接有支撑板,所述支撑板上固定连接有固定块,所述固定块上转动安装有呈竖向设置的第二往复丝杆,所述第二往复丝杆上螺纹连接有安装板。本发明砌筑块材之间的砂浆不需要人工进行涂抹铺设,大大减少了工作人员的工作量,并且工作效率较高,更加有利于挡土墙的建造。
