The prefabricated base plate is arranged and matched with the adjusting supporting pieces to adjustably support the prefabricated bottom plate, the levelness of the bottom plate is guaranteed, the construction progress is improved, the stability of the whole pipe gallery is guaranteed, the water collecting grooves are formed in the two sides of the top plate, water leakage caused by erosion of accumulated water to the top plate is avoided, and the service life of the whole pipe gallery is prolonged; the invention also discloses a construction method of the pipe gallery, which is simple in process, high in construction efficiency, energy-saving and environment-friendly.
本发明公开了装配式混凝土综合管廊结构及其绿色节能施工方法,包括预制基座板、预制底板、预制顶板和预制侧板,预制基座板上设有放置槽,预制底板底部设置放置槽内,预制底板与放置槽底部通过若干调节支撑件连接,预制底板和预制顶板之间插接预制侧板,相邻的两个预制侧板之间的预制顶板为向上拱起的弧形结构,预制顶板位于弧形结构的两侧设有集水槽;本发明通过设置预制基座板,并配合调节支撑件对预制底板可调节支撑,保证了底板的水平度,提高施工进度,保证整体管廊的稳定性,在顶板的两侧设置集水槽,避免积水对顶板侵蚀,导致漏水,提高了整体管廊的使用寿命,还公开了该管廊的施工方法,工序简单,施工效率高,并且节能环保。
