The invention relates to a three-dimensional vibration double-control support and a manufacturing method thereof. The three-dimensional vibration double-control support comprises an upper connecting plate, a lower connecting plate, an inner sealing plate, positioning holes, a perforated steel plate, an annular steel plate, a high-damping viscous rubber layer, protective layer rubber and connecting bolts. According to the invention, a novel structure formed by vulcanizing and bonding a high-damping viscous rubber layer and a steel plate is designed, the advantages of a thick-layer rubber support and a laminated rubber support are combined, and the low-rigidity characteristic of thick-layer rubber is fully utilized; transfer of environment vibration generated by vertical earthquakes and rail transit to an upper structure is effectively reduced in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction, meanwhile, the phenomenon of buckling instability caused by thick-layer rubber can be avoided, a protective layer is formed by the peripheral rubber layer through the outer wrapping structure so as to ensure the durability of the internal rubber, the anti-aging capacity of the rubber is improved, and the service life of the rubber is prolonged. According to the novel three-dimensional vibration double-control support, the comfort problem caused by environmental vibration is solved, and the requirement for the anti-seismic performance of the structure is met.
