The invention provides an SMA-ECC composite reinforced RC frame structure masonry infilled wall which comprises an RC frame beam, an RC frame column and a masonry infilled wall body, SMA studs are arranged at the positions, close to the masonry infilled wall body, of the RC frame beam and the RC frame column, and horizontal and vertical SMA ribs are arranged on the surface of the masonry infilled wall body. SMA ribs are fixed to the surface of the masonry filler wall through S-shaped or L-shaped through-wall steel bars, an ECC surface layer is pressed and plastered or sprayed on the surface of the masonry filler wall, and SMA studs and the SMA ribs are embedded into the ECC surface layer. The invention further provides a construction method of the masonry filler wall. The construction method comprises four construction steps. The in-plane and out-plane damage of the masonry filler wall under the earthquake action can be effectively relieved, meanwhile, the in-plane and out-plane anti-seismic performance and the self-resetting capacity of the masonry filler wall are improved, then the recoverable function of an RC frame structure building is improved, and improvement of the anti-seismic toughness of the building is facilitated. From the perspective of building full-life evaluation, economic benefits brought by the method are remarkable.
本发明提供了一种SMA‑ECC复合加固RC框架结构砌体填充墙,包括RC框架梁、RC框架柱以及砌体填充墙,所述RC框架梁和RC框架柱靠近砌体填充墙的位置设置有SMA栓钉,在砌体填充墙表面布置水平和竖向SMA筋材,并通过S形或L形穿墙钢筋将SMA筋材固定于砌体填充墙表面,所述砌体填充墙的表面压抹或喷射有ECC面层,将SMA栓钉和SMA筋材嵌入其中。本发明还提供了上述砌体填充墙的施工方法,包括4个施工步骤。本发明可有效减轻地震作用下砌体填充墙的面内和面外破坏,同时提升砌体填充墙的面内以及面外的抗震性能和自复位能力,进而提升RC框架结构建筑的可恢复功能,有利于此类建筑抗震韧性的提升。从建筑全寿命评估角度来看,本发明带来的经济效益显著。
