The invention relates to the technical field of building curtain wall construction, and discloses a curtain wall hanging piece which comprises a rear embedded plate, an adapter, an adjusting sliding block, an adjusting bolt, an adjusting pin shaft and a limiting bolt. The rear embedded plate, the adapting piece and the adjusting sliding block are formed by cutting and punching a steel plate and are combined through bolts and pin shafts in a penetrating mode to be integrated into an integral unit, and after anchoring, the curtain wall keel can achieve up-down, left-right and front-back displacement adjustment and necessary angle inclination adjustment due to main body structure deviation through displacement adjustment between all unit components. The method is high in fault tolerance rate, convenient and fast, omits a high-altitude construction welding link, avoids smoke pollution, eliminates fire hazards, omits various finished product protection measures caused by splashing of molten iron welding slag generated by welding, reduces the difficulty of cross cooperation operation among various types of work, saves manpower and material resources, and improves the working efficiency. Therefore, the purposes of environmental protection, energy conservation, batch assembly, construction speed improvement and engineering quality improvement are achieved.
