The invention discloses a fabricated foam concrete prefabricated wallboard and a mounting structure thereof.The fabricated foam concrete prefabricated wallboard comprises a foam concrete matrix layer, an outer protective layer and a sealing butt joint piece, the outer side of the foam concrete matrix layer is in butt joint with a built-in supporting layer, and a reserved butt joint layer is laid at the upper end of the built-in supporting layer; and an outer protective layer is laid at the upper end of the reserved butt joint layer.
