The column base joint comprises a lower steel column, an upper steel column, the disc spring bolt assembly and an energy dissipation assembly. The upper steel column is arranged on the lower steel column; a second web plate of the upper steel column and a first web plate of the lower steel column, two second flanges of the upper steel column and two first flanges of the lower steel column, and a second end plate of the upper steel column and a first end plate of the lower steel column are correspondingly and oppositely propped against one another; the disc spring bolt assemblies are distributed on the front sides and the rear sides of the first web and the second web and fasten the first end plate and the second end plate. In the two energy dissipation assemblies, the energy dissipation assembly located on the left side is detachably connected with the first flange on the left side of the lower steel column and the second flange on the left side of the upper steel column, and the energy dissipation assembly located on the right side is detachably connected with the first flange on the right side of the lower steel column and the second flange on the right side of the upper steel column.
