Cantilever I-shaped steel fixing method
The invention discloses a method for fixing cantilever I-shaped steel. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: a, providing a U-shaped bolt; b, two steel sleeves are provided, and the two steel sleeves are arranged in the two screw rods of the U-shaped bolt in a sleeved mode respectively; c, when the floor slab is poured, the steel sleeve is pre-buried in the floor slab, the length of the steel sleeve is 20 cm exposed out of the upper surface of the floor slab, and angle steel and anchor bolts are used for fixing; and d, after the poured floor slab reaches the strength, the cantilever I-shaped steel is inserted, the two screw rods of the U-shaped bolt are connected through the connecting steel plate, and nuts are used for locking to complete fixation of the cantilever I-shaped steel. The cantilever I-shaped steel fixing method has the advantages that the fixing device is simple in structure and convenient to manufacture, the quality of longitudinal stressed steel bars of large-span and large-diameter columns is greatly improved, the working efficiency is improved, and safety is guaranteed; the device can be repeatedly used; and the construction cost is saved.
