The invention discloses a method for assembling and disassembling a near-edge protective fence of an external clamping assembly type concrete pouring stair, which realizes convenient assembling and disassembling of the protective fence on a completed concrete shaping stair without embedding bolts or drilling holes. Inverted F-shaped clamping seats are designed, the two inverted F-shaped clamping seats are taken, one inverted F-shaped clamping seat is clamped on the uppermost step plate of the stair from the outer side of the edge of the cast shaped concrete stair, and the other inverted F-shaped clamping seat is clamped on the lowermost step plate of the stair; the steel pipe inserting columns are fixedly arranged at the inner side ends of the inverted-F-shaped clamping seats, the whole protective fence is inserted into the two steel pipe inserting columns, installation of the adjacent-edge protective fence can be conveniently completed, the foot attaching plate is movably placed in a U-shaped groove formed by the steel pipe inserting columns and the vertical stand columns of the inverted-F-shaped clamping seats, blocking of stones and sundries on stair steps is achieved, and the safety of the stair steps is improved. The sundries are prevented from falling down along stair steps; and all components can be reused.
